We are pleased to announce Dr. Pauline Maier as our conference's keynote speaker. Professor Maier, the William R. Kenan, Jr. Professor of History at MIT, will give the opening address to panelists and discussants after dinner on Friday, March 22. Her presentation is entitled, "The Strange History of the Bill of Rights."
